Q: Describe Guangfeng's Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP).
A: Guangfeng is a fire rated ACP with a non combustible mineral filled core which is in between two skins of aluminium varying in thicknesses from 0.15mm to 0.5mm. ACP comes in 3mm, 4mm, 5mm and 6mm thickness.
Q: What are the sizes available?
A: Standard width ranges from 1220mm to 1550mm; however other sizes are available on request.
Q: How many colours are available?
A: Guangfeng has 40 Standard colours to choose from, but can colour match to samples provided by our Clients.
Q: How long does it take to match a sample colour?
A: On receipt of a sample colour required, it usually takes up to 14 days.
Q: Does the Colour Fade?
A: The major paint used is PPG Duranar which is a Class #1, 70% fluorocarbon coating which is recognised as the most durable and colour fade resistant paint technology available. PPG is a leading US Company having over 40 years experience. They have done extensive durability tests in tropical Florida USA and North Queensland.
Q: What is Solid Aluminium Panel?
A: It is a fluorocarbon spray painted Solid Aluminium Panel thickness 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm and 4mm. SEVEN uses high quality Aluminium Metal to make flat, curved, round and various other complex shapes.
Q: What is Perforated Aluminium Panel?
A: Guangfeng manufacture a fluorocarbon spray painted Solid Aluminium Perforated Panel in 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm and 4mm thickness. It can be cut to a Round Hole, Square Hole, Slotted Hole and a Decorative Pattern. It can be cut to various sizes from 30% to 40% and 50% to 60%.
Q: What is Aluminium Honeycomb Composite Panel?
A: Honeycomb Composite Panel is made from aluminium honeycomb shaped core and faced with aluminium layer of PVDF coating and back aluminium layer adhesive. It is used on exterior wall for high rise buildings, interior wall and ceiling, space decoration and billboards. Also available in Marble, Granite & Wood-grain colour panels which give the same effect as the natural products but is lighter than stone & more rigid than timber.
Q: What is Colour Coated Aluminium Coil?
A: Guangfeng manufactures aluminium coils which are then painted with various colours depending on the demands of the Client. The coating thickness is 16 – 30 micron. Coil Widths are 1000mm, 1240mm, 1270mm, 1520mm and 1575mm.
Q: What do you mean by Stainless Steel Mesh?
A: A wide range of Expanded & Wire products is available, including Stainless Steel, SS Combo (copper/brass wire), and Coated Mesh (brass/copper colours). A: An amazing product used primarily for Interior applications with decorative & dramatic effect. Metallic Cloth is available in a wide range of colours & designs. Made 'to order’ in Custom widths & lengths. Drapes softly, and can also be pulled taut and framed to give a smooth profile in either straight or curved designs.
Metal Drapery is a lightweight mesh in a broad range of styles & colours. Drapes smoothly due to weight of product, and can also be framed.

Q: How to identify the quality of the aluminium composite panel (ACP)?
A: Aluminum composite panel (ACP) is a kind of new decoration building material for exterior and interior wall. There are many different brands and different quality in the market, it is hard for consumer to identify the quality of aluminium composite panel. So we advise you to use the following methods:
1. Look over the surface of the panel, it should be smooth, no corrugation, without bubbling , flaw, nick;
2. Measure the panel, it should reach to the International Standard: Interior panel 3mm, Exterior panel 4mm;
3. Bend the corner of the panel, if easy to be ruptured, it is not real PE, or bad PE
4. Light the PE, if it is completely burned, It's real PE; if impurity exists, it is bad PE
5. Slot the panel, if it is ruptured, it is bad
6. Drop a blob of Methyl Ethyl Ketone on exterior panel(PVDF), then rub out the reagent after 5 minutes, if see the aluminum skin, it is not PVDF coating;
7. Drop a blob of Xylene on interior panel (Polyester), then rub out the reagent after 5 minutes, if see the aluminum skin, it is not Polyester coating;
8. Ask for Quality Test Report and Warranty Certificate, ISO-9001 Quality System Certificate, which normal manufacturers obtained these certificates.
